Step 1: Close your eyes and spritz your face whenever you feel yourself starting to fade.

pearl size application of CBD Recovery balm to neck and temples to relieve tension. Apply to calves and ankles if your legs are aching whilst performing your inflight leg exercises. Don’t forget to get up and walk every couple of hours.
